Organisation

Two central bodies currently govern UTN: the Founding Executive Board and the Founding Steering Board. This structure is defined by the law “Gesetz zur Errichtung der Technischen Universität Nürnberg”. The Founding Executive Board is responsible for developing and implementing a viable overall strategy and is supported in this task by the Founding Steering Board. This streamlined governance structure ensures short decision-making paths and efficient coordination processes – both essential for building up UTN.
