Activities until 2025

To foster a culture of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) within UTN, UTN has adopted a comprehensive DEI Action Plan. This visionary plan spans a two-year horizon and lays the groundwork for crafting a detailed strategy. This strategy, to be crafted by a dedicated DEI project group commencing in the autumn of 2023, will be pivotal in shaping our DEI initiatives. The leadership of this project group will oversee and orchestrate all subsequent DEI activities, including regular audits. Furthermore, UTN has enlisted the support of esteemed external experts who will closely accompany the step-by-step execution of these initiatives, as an integral component of the DEI audit conducted in collaboration with the Stifterverband.
